In-Laws Bring Bingo Winners Luck

A seventy-six year old Merthyr man who has been playing bingo for fifty years, just couldn’t believe his luck when he won the National Bingo Prize of £90,000 at the Castle Bingo Club in Plymouth Street. He completed a full house in forty-two calls and was astounded when the club told him how much he had won.

The reaction of the other players was incredible, the way they clapped and cheered him on. The man was not sure what he was going to do with the money, but he was pretty sure he was going to take his wife away for a nice holiday. He happened to be playing that night with his sister – in - law.

In another surprise win a forty-one year old woman from Blyth also caught the National Bingo jackpot after completing her full house in just thirty-nine calls, she was also playing bingo with an in-law on that night, her mother-in-law! She won £45,000 and also couldn’t believe how much she had won. She plans to spend the money on a holiday and some house improvements.

I think there must be a message in this for all us bingo players, so when next you fancy a flutter at your local bingo club, I would say you should drag along one of your in-laws for luck, they just might end up being the latest fangled bingo good luck charm.
