Seat Change Heralds Win for Bingo Player

Bingo players can be really funny about their lucky seat and all kinds of other charms and good luck omens that might help them win. But in this instance a change of seat actually led a lucky bingo player to believe that was why she won £22,600 at her local Stevenage Mecca Bingo club in Danestrete.

She explained that her and a friend play bingo every week and always sit in the same seats, but because they had not been having any luck for a while the decided to move and sit in another part of the club.

She couldn’t believe it, after the seat change they actually won the huge jackpot, but it didn’t stop there because she also won the house prize of £126 making the win even bigger. As with many bingo jackpot winners this luck woman prefers to remain anonymous, but she is a sixty-seven year old mother to three children and grandmother of seven.
