This exceeded everyone’s expectations since telly bingo is a relatively new format in the UK and all of the players that took part in the game will receive a certificate stating that they participated in the world’s biggest bingo game. This amounts to a reported 59,392 players. All of these players played on free tickets. Even if they didn’t win, they still took part in a record breaking game.

Televised bingo combined with the Internet is one of the fastest growing areas of the bingo industry and is expected to continue to grow. Bingo Night Live isn’t the only televised bingo in the UK. Gala bingo in on Sky and Telly Bingo is on RTE so at home players have plenty of opportunities to take part in the bingo games.
