Three is a Lucky Number for Local Bingo Players

BJ’s Bingo Club in Leigh, have had three lucky winners, who between themselves in the past three weeks have won £160,000. Jenny Brocklehurst, the BJ’s Bingo club deputy manager announced a huge win of £90,150 on Sunday and a week before that, also on a Sunday, one winner took home a respectable £20,070 after winning on the National Bingo Game.

The Tuesday before, another bingo player from the town, also playing at BJ’s, won a massive £50,000. All three winners called house on the National Bingo game and in order to do this you have to have the lowest call number of any of the other 470 clubs participating throughout the UK.

The winner of the £90,150 had five numbers on her ticket that appeared in the Big N for that night but she was number shy of the Silver Jackpot that would have been worth another £120,000. Seven lucky winners have scooped the Silver Big N prize since its inception in September.

I think that the bingo caller in BJ’s Bingo Club, Leigh should use a new bingo call for the number three, “Lucky for Leigh, number three!”
