European Bingo Champion at Paddy Power Bingo

Sunday was the big night at Paddy Power Bingo. It was the night of the finals for the First European Bingo Championship which was timed to coincide with Euro 2008. The big winner of the honorable event was Robert Robinson from Nottinghamshire.

There were more than 660 players in the finals as players from all over Europe registered for the competition with fifty of them being from Paddy Power. The top prize was a Chevrolet Aveo which was won by Robert Robinson, who was crowned the European Bingo Champion. Other prizes included a weekend in Paris, a home makeover, one year of free flights, one year of free bingo and other prizes like laptops and televisions.

A spokesperson for Paddy Power said that the competition was extremely popular with the players and that they plan to run the event again in the future.

In the meantime there are plenty of promotions going on at the site. There are diamond rings being given away this month in the seventy-five number bingo room. There is the Accumulator game where the pot increases by £50 every day. There is also a free £350 for new players. The 5 Alive competition allows players to enter into special games if they play for five days during the month. There are free games on Tuesdays and a wide variety of other specials.
