Bingo.com is Doing Better
Bingo.com bills itself as the operator of the world’s largest bingo hall. The online site operator has just announced its fourth quarter 2007 results. Bingo.com had a good fourth quarter with its revenues up fifteen percent, but not enough to make it profitable. The company is still suffering from the loss of its U.S. operations due to the passage of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act in 2006.
The company had to sell its U.S. operations and leave the market which it did on October 12, 2006. It went without any revenues until it established its operations in the United Kingdom in April 2007. The company is still recovering from the effects of this. It has since seen its player base increasing as it builds its new business in the United Kingdom. The company hopes to soon return to a position of profitability as they continue to lower their losses on a quarterly basis. They have a new platform which they claim has been very popular with the players.
Bingo.com offers its player both seventy-five and ninety number bingo. They also have in eighty number game. They are already running their new Easter promotion in their new Bingo Bunnies room.
